Abstract
Turbinsko plinsko dizalo za naftu, rečeni uređaj koji je namijenjen za povećanje proizvodnje nafte u jedinici vremena te za povećanje postotka iscrpka nafte iz sloja zasićenog naftom (13), prvenstveno kod bušotina sa velikim padom slojne energije, uređaj koji je smješten u proizvodnoj koloni-casingu (1) koje se sastoji od uzlazne cijevi-tubinga (17), prijenosnika-pakera (11), ventila (3, 4, 6, 8), protupovratnih ventila (16, 10), plinske turbine (9), holendera (14, 15), šelna (5, 19), cijevi (2), fleksibilnog crijeva (7) i rotacione pumpe (25), proizvodna kolona-casing (1) se sastoji od odsječaka (12) i (18) međusobno pregrađenih premoštenim prijenosnikom-pakerom (11), pri čemu je na premošteni prijenosnik-paker (11) holenderom (14) pričvršćena plinska turbina (9), a na plinsku turbinu (9) holenderom (15) uzlazna cijev-tubing (17), sa ventilima (3, 4, 6, 8), a iznad plinske turbine (9) i iznad protupovratnog ventila (16) ventil (8) je montiran u uzlaznoj cijevi-tubingu (17), paralelno sa uzlanom cijevi-tubingom (17), stabilizator šelnama (5, 19) učvršćena je napojna cijev (2) plinske turbine (9), koja je spojena sa fleksibilnim crijevom (7) sa ulazom u plinsku turbinu (9) na gornjoj glavi (20), dok se na izlazu (28) turbine nalazi protupovratni ventil (10), i gdje se rotaciona pumpa (25) nalazi u plinskoj turbini (9) zbog rotacije s njom, naznačeno time da otvaranje ventila (3, 4, 6, 8) omogućava plinu koji izlazi iz turbine (9) da uđe u uzlaznu cijev-tubing (17).
