Abstract

The drive is for a magnetic-tape cassette, which has two adjacent winding elements, which guide the magnetic tape and into which a hub driven by a motor engages in each case. A threading motor drives the braking device, which acts on the hubs. The driving of the braking device takes place directly from the threading motor via a toothed rack, without any intermediate clutch. <IMAGE>
