Abstract

Η εφεύρεση αναφέρεται σε μέθοδο συνδυασμού ενσυρμάτου και ασυρμάτου αμφιδρόμου ανοικτής επικοινωνίας μεταξύ ατόμων, οχημάτων, κτιρίων και συσκευών, η οποία ευρίσκει εφαρμογή σε αστικά κέντρα και εκτεταμένες περιοχές και αποσκοπεί στην κάλυψη αναγκών και στην προσφορά υπηρεσιών προς τα άτομα τα οποία διαμένουν και κινούνται κυριώς: *Πληροφόρηση και καθοδήγηση ατόμων για την κίνησή τους πεζή. *Πληροφόρηση, καθοδήγηση και διεκπεραίωση διαδικασιών επιβιβάσεως, αποβιβάσεως και κρατήσεως θέσεως για την χρήση των μέσων μαζικής μεταφοράς. *Ελεγχο και καθοδήγηση από κέντρο ελέγχου για την κίνηση στόλων ομοειδών οχημάτων (αστυνομικών, στρατιωτικών, οχημάτων μεταφορών, νοσοκομειακών, πυροσβεστικών, μέσων μαζικής μεταφοράς κ.λ.π.) (Fleet Market). *Πληροφόρηση για εξεύρεση χώρου σταθμεύσεως, καθοδήγηση και διεκπεραίωση διαδικασίας σταθμεύσεως οχήματος στους χώρους σταθμεύσεως των παραπάνω περιοχών. *Ολοκληρωμένο σύστημα προστασίας, συναγερμού και αμέσου συντονισμένης δράσεως για την περίπτωση εγκληματικής πράξεως, τρομοκρατικής ενεργείας, πυρκαγιάς και προβλήματος υγείας. *Ανταλλαγή μηνυμάτων από άτομα τα οποία κινούνται δι'οχημάτων ή πεζή στην υπ'όψιν περιοχή (κινητή τηλεφωνία). *Αυτόματη άμεση κλήση και έλεγχος κινήσεως μισθουμένων οχημάτων (ΤΑΞΙ) για την εξυπηρέτηση ατόμων παραπάνω περιοχών. *Αυτόματη κρατηση θέσεως σε ξενοδοχεία, αθλητικές εκδηλώσεις, συναυλίες κ.λ.π. με λεπτομερή ενημέρωση σχετικά με πληρότητα, ωράρια, τιμές κ.λ.π. *Ελεγχο του οδικού δικτύου εκτεταμένης περιοχής και ενημέρωση των οδηγών για ύπαρξη πάγου, νερού, ομίχλης, ισχυρού ανέμου κατά μήκος κάποιας αρτηρίας, και ατμοσφαιρικής μολύνσεως σε μίας περιοχή.
