Abstract
The weigher - packager is comprised of a vibrating nail reservoir (1), a small vibrating channel (2), a magnetic conveyor belt (3), a sorter (4), a distributor (5), a weighing system (6), a vibrating reservoir for ready weighed products (7), a hopper guide (8), a comparison and product sorting system (9), a conveyor belt feeder for cardboard boxes (10), an automatic system for placement of boxes under the hopper guide (11), a system for removal of full boxes from the hopper (12), and finally, a conveyor belt exit from the machine (13). The advantage of this invention is that it completely automates the process of weighing and packaging nails. We achieve weighing precision and drastically reduce the volume of materials being packaged.
