Abstract

Βελτιωμένη μέθοδος για έλεγχο αυτομάτως του ρυθμού καύσεως σε περιστροφικό καυστήρα ο οποίος έχει περιστρεφόμενο βαρέλι καύσεως (11) με έλεγχο παροχής αερίου καύσεως σε τρεις ζώνες καύσεως (A,B και C) όπου εκάστη των ζωνών (A,B και C) έχει ένα ανεμοκιβώτιο (36, 37 και 40) τοποθετημένο απ' ευθείας κάτω από αυτή, όπου τα ανεμοκιβώτια (34, 37 και 40) διαιρούνται περαιτέρω σε μια ζώνη άνω της φωτιάς (36, 39 και 42) και σε μια ζώνη κάτω της φωτιάς (35,38 και 41) οπότε σχηματίζονται εξ ζώνες αέρα οι οποίες ρυθμίζονται από μια διάταξη ελέγχου (51) για ρύθμιση της παροχής αερίου καύσεως προς εκάστη των εξ ζωνών αέρα (35, 36, 38, 39, 41, 42). Η διάταξη ελέγχου (51) ανταποκρίνεται προς τη διάταξη ανιχνεύσεως οξυγόνου (25) τοποθετημένη εντός ενός καπνοπαραγωγού και προς ένα ανιχνευτή θερμοκρασίας (31) τοποθετημένο εντός του βαρελιού καύσεως (11) για διατήρηση οξυγόνου στα εκβαλλόμενα αέρια (21) εντός προκαθορισμένης περιοχής, και ρυθμίζει το ρυθμό περιστροφής του βαρελιού καύσεως (11) για παροχή καθαρής και αποτελεσματικής καύσεως.ω
