Abstract

Novelty: a device for the instantaneous preparation of hand-made individual-portion ice cream is disclosed. Purpose: to prepare fresh ice cream in immediately consumable individual portions free of preservatives and colorants. Constitution: a stainless shell 1 wherein there is located the fast frost mechanism 2, the cooling spiral-shaped copper tube 3, the stainless ring protecting this last by the added insulating material 4, and a stainless surface having the opening 5 serving for the ice cream preparation. Preparation mode: the proportions of the components should be placed on the stainless surface 5 for being frozen by the fast frost mechanism.
