Abstract

Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αφορά ένα αφροελαστικό στοιχείο με ιδιότητες ελατηρίου, κατασκευασμένο από αφρώδη υλικά ή παρόμοια με αυτά (Σχέδιο 1). Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αποτελείται από ένα αφροελαστικό ελατήριομε εξωτερική διάμετρο 13 εκατοστά και εσωτερικά σωληνοειδή οπή, διαμέτρου 3 εκατοστών. Τα στοιχεία αυτά παρατάσσονται το ένα δίπλα στο άλλο σε σειρές οριζόντιες και κάθετες. Ένα σημαντικό στοιχείο της παρούσας εφευρέσεως είναι, ότι τα αφροελαστικά ελατήρια "θηλυκώνουν" το ένα με το άλλο, εκμεταλλευόμενα τις κοίλες επιφάνειές τους (Σχέδιο 2), με αποτέλεσμα να μειώνεται η κενή, χωρίς στήριξη, επιφάνεια, που δημιουργείται ανάμεσα στα στοιχεία της παρούσης εφευρέσεως, κατά 30 τοις εκατό. Η παρούσα εφεύρεση μπορεί να κατασκευαστεί και σε διαφορετικές διαστάσεις από αυτές, που περιγράφονται παραπάνω. Η παρούσα εφεύρεση μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί για την κατασκευή στρωμάτων, επιστρωμάτων, μαξιλαριών αλλά και σε οποιαδήποτε άλλη περίπτωση απαιτείται να απορροφηθούν κραδασμοί και πίεση.
