Abstract
Μία μέθοδος παραγωγής διογκωμένου ποπκορν στηριζόμενη στη θερμική διόγκωσή του, με τη χρησιμοποίηση φυτικού λαδιού με άρωμα βουτύρου, την προσθήκη ψιλού άλατος με άρωμα βουτύρου κατά τη διόγκωση (σκάσιμο) του αραβόσιτου ποπκορν και την προσθήκη γεύσεων σε μορφή σκόνης (τυρί, πίτσα, ντομάτα & ελιά, κρέμα & κανέλα), μετά τη διόγκωση και ενώ ακόμη το προϊόν είναι ζεστό. Η χρήση φυτικού λαδιού δίνει ξεχωριστή γεύση, αυξάνει τη διόγκωση και βελτιώνει την τραγανότητα του τελικού προϊόντος. Χωρίς το τελευταίο στάδιο της προσθήκης γεύσεων το προϊόν έχει την κλασσική γεύση και άρωμα βουτύρου. Προτείνεται τεχνική συσκευασία σε δοχείο πολυπροπυλενίου, το οποίο προστατεύει το προϊόν από θρυμματισμό και διευκολύνει την αποθήκευσή του.
