Abstract

Automatic device of desalination treatment of sea water for the production by absolute sanitation of potable water of very high specifications that is characterized by the fact that the water under treatment will sustain the natural prompt refinement by its pumping from the drains in a parallel production line, then the 1st level of infiltration of suitable micron degree in a self-cleaned filter in a grid made of stainless steel or other suitable material of corresponding micron degree will exist; then the 2nd level of infiltration of minimum micron will exist, consisting of two or more automatic rotational units (cylindrical filters) alternating in the same position after a certain time period, self-cleaned automatically and the required washing water is removed from the 1st level of pressure (pump), and it is infiltrated in a cartridge of micron degree corresponding to the first level of infiltration; then disinfection/sterilization is effected by UV and then the 3d level of infiltration is effected in depth by a filter of selective depth (special cartridges of depth) and of suitable micron degree, the disinfection of the membranes by BIOCIDA anti-sedimentary solution follows, then the main treatment of reverse osmosis that is of double stage follows. The energy of the flow of the salt residue will be retrieved through a turbine that will contribute as concerns energy to the re-channelling of sea water upwards of the group of the centrifugal pumps. Then the treated water coming out of the first stage will pass through a second stage of reverse osmosis in low pressure and the rejected water of the the second stage will be re-introduced in the first stage; then it will sustain re-mineralization, in order to acquire the suitable organoleptic features that will give it optimum taste, ejecting a suitable mixture of calcium carbonate, calcium chloride and sodium carbonate or magnesium as concerns metering, then it is subject to chlorination through a metering ejection of chlorine dioxide.
