Abstract

Novelty: a crusher designed for the crushing of different materials such as tree branches, straw balls, plastic material etc is disclosed. Constitution: the entry funnel 1 set over the treatment vat 2 containing the rotary frame 3, the tubes 5, the knives-hammers 6 in arrangement and the mechanism 8 set at the upper part of the vat 2 for adjusting the opening of the exit funnel 7 and defining, thus, the quantity and quality of the crushed fine-grained or large-grained material, according to the extent of the opening of said funnel; the metal frame 9 bears the invented construction and the power take-off (PTO) 10.

Η εφεύρεση αναφέρεται σε μηχάνημα θρυμματισμού κλαδιών και άλλων υλικών όπως μπάλες από άχυρα, καλαμποκιές και πλαστικά τεμάχια, με περιστρεφόμενο πλαίσιο που αποτελείται από δύο τετράγωνες πλάκες που συνδέονται μεταξύ τους με σωλήνες στις τέσσερις γωνίες όπου είναι τοποθετημένα σε διάταξη μαχαιράκια -σφυράκια για γρήγορο και αποτελεσματικό θρυμματισμό των υλικών που εισάγονται από την χοάνη εισαγωγής στον κάδο θρυμματισμού ο οποίος είναι ευρύχωρος για καλή επεξεργασία του προς θρυμματισμό υλικού και έχει ρυθμιζόμενη χοάνη εξόδου η οποία ρυθμίζει την ποσότητα και ποιότητα του θρύμματος και έχουμε ελάχιστη καταπόνηση του δυναμοδότη, λιγότερη κατανάλωση ισχύος ,λιγότερες φθορές και συγκριτικά επειδή υπάρχει και μεγάλος κάδος όπου γίνεται ο θρυμματισμός μεγάλη αποδοτικότητα και καλύτερη ποιότητα θρύμματος . Τα πλεονεκτήματα της εφευρέσεως αυτής είναι ο καλύτερος θρυματισμός των εισερχομένων υλικών λόγω του κάδου θρυμματισμού ο οποίος είναι ευρύχωρος και έχει ρυθμιζόμενο πλαίσιο εξόδου του θρύμματος καθορίζοντας με αυτό και το μέγεθος του θρύμματος και την ποιότητα του θρύμματος αλλά και το πλαίσιο με τους σωλήνες όπου είναι τοποθετημένα τα σφυράκια - μαχαιράκια το οποίο δεν καταναλώνει πολύ ενέργεια από τον δυναμοδότη που μπορεί να είναι βενζινοκινητήρας ή και δυναμοδότης από ελκυστήρα για να εκτελέσει την εργασία του καθόσον η επεξεργασία του θρύμματος από τα μαχαιράκια - σφυράκια γίνεται εύκολα , γιατί δεν στομώνει εύκολα ο χώρος επεξεργασίας και τα εργαλεία επεξεργασίας του θρύμματος και πετυχαίνουμε καλύτερη ποιότητα και ποσότητα θρύμματος . Ακόμη λόγω του σχήματος και του μεγέθους του κάδου μπορούν να επεξεργαστούν και άλλα υλικά εκτός από κλαδιά όπως μπάλες από άχυρα και καλαμποκιές και πλαστικά τεμάχια. Λόγω του μεγέθους και του σχήματος του κάδου η μηχανή μπορεί να καθαρισθεί και να συντηρηθεί πολύ εύκολα. Πιο συγκεκριμένα η μηχανή της εφευρέσεως αποτελείται από την χοάνη εισόδου (1) σε διάφορες διαστάσεις , που είναι τοποθετημένη επάνω από τον κάδο (2) επεξεργασίας του προς θρυμματισμό υλικού. Στον κάδο (2) βρίσκεται το περιστρεφόμενο πλαΐσο(3) το οποίο αποτελείται από τις δύο τετράγωνες μεταλλικές πλάκες (4) τους σωλήνες (5) και τα σφυράκια μαχαιράκια (6) σε διάταξη , στο πάνω μέρος του κάδου υπάρχει ρυθμιζόμενη πόρτα εξόδου(7)του θρύμματος η ρύθμιση της οποίας γίνεται μηχανικά από τον μηχανισμό(8) και το άνοιγμα της οποίας καθορίζει το μέγεθος και την ποιότητα του θρύμματος. Η παραπάνω κατασκευή είναι τοποθετημένη στο φερόμενο μεταλλικό πλαίσιο (9) πάνω στο οποίο εδράζεται και ο δυναμοδότης (10). Το δεύτερο σημείο στο οποίο πλεονεκτεί η εφεύρεση είναι ο κάδος(2) με την ρυθμιζόμενη πόρτα εξόδου(7) μέσα στον οποίο επεξεργάζεται το προς θρυμματισμό υλικό και λόγω του μεγέθους δίνει την δυνατότητα επεξεργασίας μεγάλου όγκου υλικού σε μικρό χρόνο χωρίς μεγάλη κατανάλωση ενέργειας επειδή η εισαγωγή του υλικού γίνεται ευκολότερα στον χώρο επεξεργασίας χωρίς να στομώνει η χοάνη εισόδου(Ι) και ο κάδος (2) μειώνεται έτσι ο κίνδυνος εκσφενδονισμού υλικού και λόγω του σχήματος και ταυ μεγέθους και είναι εύκολα προσβάσιμος για καθαρισμό και συντήρηση.. Με την ρύθμιση του ανοίγματος της πόρτας εξόδου (7) από τον μηχανισμό (8) προκύπτει η δυνατότητα να καθορίζουμε την ποιότητα του θρύμματος καθώς με μικρό άνοιγμα κρατάμε το προς θρυμματισμό υλικό περισσότερο χρόνο μέσα στον κάδο και επεξεργάζεται περισσότερο με αποτέλεσμα πολύ ψιλό μέγεθος θρύμματος που είναι σημαντικό συνήθως για τα θρύμματα που χρησιμοποιούνται στις ζωοτροφές ή με μεγαλύτερο άνοιγμα της πόρτας εξόδου(7) μπορούμε να διοχετεύουμε μεγαλύτερη ποσότητα θρύμματος και μεγαλύτερου μεγέθους θρύμμα χωρίς να χρειάζεται μεγαλύτερη καταπόνηση και κατανάλωση ενέργειας ο δυναμοδότης. Στο πάνω μέρος του κάδου υπάρχει ρυθμιζόμενη χοάνη εξόδου(7) του θρύμματος η ρύθμιση της οποίας γίνεται μηχανικά από τον μηχανισμό (8) και το άνοιγμα της οποίας καθορίζει το μέγεθος και την ποιότητα του θρύμματος.
