Abstract
The flying ash - which is produced in installations meant for the combustion of solid mineral combustibles - is moistened with acid aqueous solution derived from the counter-flow spraying of the exhausts with water in an absorption tower so that the acidity of the sulfurous and sulfite salts is eliminated.
