Abstract

Novelty: it is disclosed a water electrolysis device for the production of gas (hydrogen-oxygen) with the assistance of a catalyst. Constitution: a container (α) and pairs of electrodes (η) immersed into the electrolytic solution. Combinational construction features: a) the use of no-conductible diaphragms (β); b) pairs of electrodes the number of which depends on the Volts produced by the power-supplying source in use; c) the electric connection (στ) of the plates constituting each an electrode (fig.2,4); d) the distance between the plates of the anode (γ) should not be more than 1 to 3 mm apart from the respective plates of the cathode (δ) (fig.2); e) one at least cooper plate (ε) electrically connected to the electrode of the anode (fig.2). The whole device is placed and airtightly closed into the container (α); two terminals (+,-) and a hole for the exit of the electrolysis-derived products exist preferentially on the upper surface of the device; f) an additional pair of electrodes the mutual distance of which can be modified by the user.
