Abstract
The manufacture of test devices from used and recyclable materials that will be used for the conducting of training research has multiple training purposes, among which the demystification of technology and the vocational orientation of students toapplied sciences, with desired effect the technological development of the country. The invention presented here, consists of the manufacture of a counter of impeller turns that is affected by air current. The above mechanism, as presented in Figure1, is divided to four sections: (i) the support basis (1), (2), and (24), (ii) the impeller (3) up to (9), (iii) the conversion section of the rotation movement of the axis of the impeller to reciprocating movement (10) up to (18), (34) and (36) up to (38), (iv) the section of the toothed wheels and the indicators (19) up to (23), (25) up to (33) and (35). In Figure 2, the individual parts of section (iv) that includes the toothed wheels and the turn indicators are presented in greater detail. The above training device can be assembled by used and recyclable materials and can constitute a test device in order to introduce the students, who work in group, to the basic principles of applied research. For the assembly of the training device for the measurement of impeller turns that moves by air current, plastic bottles of liquid packaging, plastic caps of bottles of liquid packaging, bolts of various lengths, plates from plastic food packaging and a wooden board as support basis of all the above parts are required, as well as nuts of their assembly.
