Abstract

Robotic system for mounting valves on barrels that are used for bottling beer, refreshments and other liquids, comprising at least one automatic DBT-valve feeder (3), at least one head (2) for receiving, sterilizing and pressing the valves, at leastone central arm (1) foe moving the head (2), at least one mechanism (5) for elevating the special pins (4), for grasping the barrel and at least one mechanism system (6), at least one device (9) for grasping the barrel and at least one mechanism (8)for winding the hose. The system is used for the automatization of the procedure of receiving a DBT-type outlet valve, sterilizing it and pressing it on the barrel opening and finally of winding the hose of the valve on the top side of the barrel, without human intervention. This is accomplished by means of an arm (1) that has two degrees of freedom.
