Abstract

Περιγράφεται ηχοαπορροφητικό στοιχείο (10) (Σχήμα5α), το οποίο συνίσταται από γενικά ορθογωνικής διατομής στοιβάδα (6) ηχοαπορροφητικών υλικών, επιφάνεια επικάλυψης (5) της εσωτερικής, εντός του ηχομονούμενου χώρου, όψης της στοιβάδας (6) και μεταλλικό έλασμα (2) περιμετρικά της στοιβάδας (6). Η επιφάνεια επικάλυψης (1) σχηματίζει περιμετρικά της στοιβάδας (6) ομοιογενή προέκταση, η οποία αναδιπλώνεται περιμετρικά, εγκλωβίζει και συσφίεγγεται από κοινού με ένα κάτω σκέλος (2α) του περιμετρικού της στοιβάδας (6) μεταλλικού ελάσματος (2), συγκροτώντας έτσι ένα συμπαγές σώμα, καθώς το έλασμα (2) που έχει μορφολογία ομοιάζουσα με Ζ περιλαμβάνει και έτερο σκέλος (2β) που υπερκαλύπτει περιμετρικά την εσωτερική όψη στοιβάδας (6), που καλύπτεταιμε επιφάνεια (5) συνθετικού, μη υφαντού θερμοσυγκολλημένου υλικού πολυαιθυλενίου-πολυπροπυλενίου επαρκών μηχανικών αντοχών. Σε ηχοαπορροφητικά στοιχεία μεγαλύτερων διαστάσεων χρησιμοποιείται πρόσθετο ενδιάμεσο μεταλλικό εξάρτημα (3) μορφολογίας Τ γιατην ενίσχυση της ακαμψίας του στοιχείου.
