Abstract
The invention relates to an irrigation sprinkler equipped with a water-spaying mechanism (sprayer). It comprises the main body (1), the cap (2), the rotor (4) and the sprayer (3) which has at its upper circular section two oblong protrusions (3a) moving around and through the small curved teeth formed at the lower part of the steady cap (2). Motion is generated by propulsion of the water jets and assisted by the rotor (4) which is adjacent to the sprayer (3). Due to the convexity of the teeth the sprayer moves exclusively in a clockwise direction; for great-range watering, the water jets flow freely through the spindles of the sprayer, whereas for short-distance watering the water flow is reduced by same spindles. In this way, said mechanism ensures absolute uniformity of watering in a 10-meter radius. Further, the invention comprises a main body (1) containing all the above accessories fitted one into another. The said sprinkler offers satisfactory uniform watering and low-cost production in the domain of the irrigation systems.
