Οιπρώτες ύλες ομάδας Σερπεντίνης, Χαλαζίτου, Βασάλης, Διαβάσης,Σκωρία υψικαμίνου, Σιδήρου σε καθορισμένες αναλογίες και ηχρήση συνδετικής κόλλας που εξαερούται πέραν των 1000 βαθμώνΚελσίου εξασφαλίζουν ένα προϊόν που το σημείο τήξεώς τουυπερβαίνει τους 1200 βαθμούς Κελσίου.Ο ορυκτοβάμβακας παραγόμενος σε διάφορες μορφές μπορεί ναχρησιμοποιηθεί βάσει των απαιτήσεων διεθνών κανονισμώνπυρασφάλειας, θερμομόνωσης και ηχομόνωσης στην ξηρά και στηθάλασσα όπως σε βιομηχανικές εγκαταστάσεις, μονάδες και δίκτυαμεταφοράς θερμικής ενέργειας, εγκαταστάσεις θερμοηλεκτρικώνσταθμών, κτιριακές εγκαταστάσεις όλων των ειδών και στηΝαυπηγική.Η χημική σύσταση του προϊόντος είναι:1) SiO2 40-50%2) Al2O3 3-10%3) MgO 31-39%4) CaO 0-2%5) Fe2O3 + FeO 5-11%6) K2O 0-1,5%7) Na2O 0-1,8%8) TiO2 0-1,5% ωThe present invention refers to the production method of mineral wool.
