Abstract
1. Technical Result Simplification of transaction management system. 2. Essence A system comprises an integrated circuit card (ICC), a central unit and a terminal. The system is able to execute an application between the ICC and the terminal connected or not to a central unit. The system is also using an interpreter which deals with the execution of an application, on an ICC, and/or on a terminal and as a result of this is able to access and to use the terminal memory, and at least a part of the terminal peripherals. The ICC optionally comprises an interpreter, which is able to access the ICC memory and to use the ICC memory, and at least a part of the ICC peripherals. 3.
