Abstract

The invention concerns to the tea industry and ca be used at graduation of gauges of humidity of tea at the control of technological apparatuses of a heat treatment of tea directly on an output of the technological apparatus in a stream, mainly to a method of graduation of the infra-red gauge of measurement of humidity of tea which is used on an output of the technological apparatus, for example, on the target conveyor the drying unit. Technical result of the invention is increase of accuracy of graduation by prevention of humidifying due to exception of contact of the selected test of tea with an environment. The method provides selection of test of tea directly on an output of the technological apparatus. After selection of test of tea before drying it is placed in calibrated vessel which is pressurized together with test of damp tea, and percentage of a moisture in the selected test of tea (W) is defined under formula W = [(G2-G3) / (G2-G1)]-100 %, where G1 is a weight of a vessel without test, G2 is a weight of a vessel with the test of damp tea, G3 is a weight of a vessel without the test of dry tea. 2 figs. 1 tab.
