Abstract

This invention refers to chemistry, in particular to methods for galvanizing metal articles. The method ensures the use of sediment from washing water for preparing working melt. According to the invention ammonical solution is added to washing water up to pH=7.7-8. The sediment formed therefrom, which contains zinc hydroxide, zinc oxide and powder of metallic zinc is dried at 140-150 C and calculated quantity of ammonium chloride is added thereto and the obtained mixture is used for preparing working melt.
