Abstract
996,841. Hydraulic apparatus. DAIMLERBENZ A.G. Sept. 18, 1963 [Sept. 29, 1962], No. 36795/63. Heading F1 P. [Also in Division F2] An ante-chamber 14 for damping pressure shocks in an hydraulic system is disposed in the pipe 12 connecting a pump 10 to an accumulator 11 and has a duct D 1 leading therefrom to hydraulic operating and/or control devices, not shown. The chamber 14 is defined by a union piece 13 having branches 13<SP>1</SP>, 1311, 13<SP>111</SP> connected respectively to the pipe 12, the accumulator 11 and the devices. The cross-section D 3 of the chamber 14 is larger than the crosssections D 2 , D 1 of branches 13<SP>1</SP>, 1311, and the cross-section D 2 of the branch 13<SP>1</SP> is larger than the cross-section D 1 of branch 13<SP>111</SP>. In a modification the chamber 14 and the branch 13<SP>11</SP> have the same cross section.
