[Also in Divisions B3 and H2] A scraper tool comprises a rotary motor 11 driving a wobble-plate 37 for moving a scraper blade outwardly from a housing 10, the blade being returned by pressure on the workpiece. The bearings 40, 41 of the wobble-plate shaft 31 are mounted in spring rings 38, 39 as shown in Fig. 5, and are lubricated by pads 44, 45. The wobble-plate is lubricated by a pad 50 which passes oil to a flange 36. A fan 61 circulates air through holes 62, 60 and fins 63 assist in dissipating heat. The front end of the motors shaft is supported only by the bearing 41, the usual motor bearing being removed.
