Abstract

964,403. Cartons. AHLEN & AKERLUND FORPACKNING A. B. Feb. 13, 1963 [Feb. 14, 1962], No. 5800/63. Heading B8P. A tray, bent up from a scored cardboard blank, Fig. 1, comprises four hollow wall portions provided by panels 2-8, said wall portions being secured in the erected position by a tongue 20 at each end of one pair of panels 8 each fitting into a slit 23. Portions 14 of the inner walls outside the slits are off-set from the plane of the remainder of the inner wall whereby on erection the slits are opened out. The outer walls 2, 6 are joined by gusset folds 17 which after erection lie against extensions 16 on the portion 14 which are folded at right angles to said portion.
