964, 158. Hand irons A. O. COLOMBO, and M. RAVASI. Feb. 11, 1963 [Feb. 10, 1962], No. 5554/63. Heading D1A. The sole plate of an electric iron is substantially pointed at each end 9, and between its ends on one side is a re-entrant concave portion 4 and on the other side a continuous convex portion. The upper part of the iron has a handle 6 and is so arranged that the iron can be supported on its side on the handle 6 and corners 10 with the sole plate out of contact with the surface on which the iron rests.
