960,762. Toggle fastenings. WILMOT BREEDEN Ltd. Jan. 22, 1963 [Feb. 6, 1962], No. 4467/62. Heading E2B. A toggle fastening comprises a bracket 10, an operating lever 16 pivoted at 15 to the bracket and a fastening loop 22 pivoted at 20 to the lever and is characterized by a cylinder lock 23 being incorporated in the lever 16 and operable to lock the fastening in the fastened position. When a key is turned in the lock an eccentrically mounted pin 24 turns to slide a bolt 25 in the lever into a recess 14 in the bracket 10, thereby locking the lever in its fastened position.
