945,389. Tape-measures. NATIONAL RESEARCH DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION. Oct. 17,1961 [Nov. 10, 1960], No. 38581/60. Addition to 942, 381. Heading G1M. The tape measure of the parent Specification is modified in that the damper 5 and spools 9 are mounted on the tape reel instead of on the casing. The damper itself is also modified by providing a leaky piston having a one way pressure relief valve 19,20.
