[Also in Division A4] A pouring device as described in the parent Specification is modified in that it has a tapering shank 13 which is surrounded by a sleeve 17 split longitudinally. The inside surface of the sleeve 17 is tapered in reverse to fit the shank 17 . A rib on the shank 17, Fig. 4 (not shown), fits into the split in the sleeve.
