Abstract

940,626. Tape dispensers. JOHN DICKINSON & CO. Ltd. Aug. 28, 1962 [June 1, 1961], No. 19796/61. Heading A4G. A tape-dispenser has a platform 11 terminating in a cutting-edge 11<SP>1</SP>, the end 11<SP>4</SP> of the platform adjacent the cutting edge being concavely curved to enable the tape to be gripped readily after a piece of tape has been severed on the cutting edge. The concavely curved portion is preferably fluted and the cutting edge may be convexly or concavely curved or straight.
