[Also in Group XXIV] The tens transfer wheels 9, 109 of the counter mechanisms I, <SP>*</SP>II of a dual-tariff electricity meter are alternatively engaged with and disengaged from the main drive train 12-15 by levers 11, 111 conjointly operated by a solenoid and armature 23, 22 to actuate clutches 2, 102 in the respective drives. Each of the clutches is of the spring-loaded positive type, a lug 5 on one element engaging facial serrations on the other element (see Group XXIV).
