903,125. Cases and crates. TEN BROEKE, N. C., and DUCRO, H. Aug. 5, 1960 [Aug. 5, 1959], No 27196/60. Class 18. A case or crate has two parallel walls 2 and two divergent walls 3, the crate comprising two halves, hinged together at 4 in the proximity of the upper edges of the diverging walls, the halves overlapping each other at the diverging wall parts and the bottom part. When filled the crates have flat bottoms and can be stacked one on the other, the projections 5 engaging with the upper edges of the crate below. When the crates are empty they can be nested as shown in Fig. 5.
