900,966. Beet-harvesters. DYSON, J. D., and DYSON, C. R. Jan. 14, 1960 [Oct. 14, 1958], No. 32785/58. Class 6(3). In a beet-harvester having a pair of laterallyspaced self-centring front caster wheels 3, the vertical swivel-axles 1 are provided with integral arms 4 which are interconnected by a track-rod 5, so that the wheels swivel in unison, and the track-rod is connected to a manually operable control member. The control member comprises an arm 19 journalled on the frame 12 of the machine and having an integral arm 8 with a pin and slot connection 7 with a member 6 fixed to the track-rod. The swivel-wheels may be laterally adjustable and the track-rod is correspondingly adjustable in length.
