894,267. Clocks. SYNCHRONOME CO. Ltd. June 29, 1960 [July 17, 1959], No. 24631/59. Class 139. The pendulum 10 of a master clock carries a driving pawl 11 which actuates a count wheel 12 which has a deep notch 14 so that once for every revolution of the count wheel, the pawl 11 engages a notch 19 at the end of a pivoted lever 15 which is thereby moved to close a switch 17, 20 to transmit an impulse to slave clocks. The lever 15 may be raised by a wire member 22 carried by a manually operable lever 24 so that the switch 17, 20 is closed on every swing of the pendulum.
