Abstract

Therapeutic compositions comprise a mixture of a therapeutic dosage of an anti-inflammatory steroid and Vitamin D the steroid being preferably an 11-oxygenated adrenal cortical steroid e.g. prednisolone or hydrocortisone. The Vitamin D is stated to counteract the loss by the body of calcium resulting from the administration of the steroid.
