Abstract

884,445. Ceiling shuttering. FELDMAN, A. March 3, 1958 [March 1, 1957], No. 6937/58. Class 20(2) Ceiling shuttering 12 is supported by a structure comprising vertical telescopic supports 21, 22 connected together by horizontal members 16, 17 and inclined braces 18, 19. The members 21, 22 are connected together by a pin 24 engaging a slot 25 and adjustment is effected by nuts 27, 28 or a bifurcated nut (Fig. 7, not shown) to lower the upper part of the structure on to a wheeled carriage 34 and then to raise the lower members 22 so that the structure may be moved to another position. The pin 24 is engaged with one of a number of holes in the member 21. In a modification an unscrewed collar is arranged between the nuts 27, 28. Adjacent structures are connected by horizontal members 13.
