871,425. Infants feeding bottles. BERG, M. L. Aug. 25, 1959, No. 29111/59. Class 66. A feeding bottle consists of an outer conical shaped jacket 1 made of some comparatively rigid moulded transparent plastic and an inner detachable lining 7 of thin resilient material, preferably plastic, of the same shape but longer. The top of the lining is rolled over the collar 2 and groove 3 of the outer jacket. A mouthpiece 4 which has a ballshaped teat 6 is fitted over the container, the bead 5 fitting into the groove 3. Either the jacket or lining may have measurement marks for dosing purposes. The jacket has a vent-hole 8 in the base, small enough to prevent the infants finger coming in contact with the lining. A plug 9 is provided to seal the hole 8 when the feeding bottle is being heated in a water bath.
