Abstract

868,752. Lipstick holders. SCOVILL MANUFACTURING CO. Sept. 3, 1957 [Feb. 27, 1957], No. 36600/59. Divided out of 868,748. Drawings to Specification. Class 18. The description is identical with that of Specification 868,748 but the claims are concerned with a lipstick container comprising a lipstick cartridge having an outer shell with a closed bottom end and an open top end, an operating head at the top end of the outer shell, an outer casing for enclosing the cartridge comprising a removable holder member with means for telescopically receiving and frictionally embracing the cartridge anywhere along its length, means interlocking the cartridge in the holder member against relative turning beyond prescribed limits and a cover cap having frictional engagement with the holder member and fitting over the cartridge but free thereof.
