A tea trolley consists of an X-form stand comprising legs 1, 2 pivoted at 3 and retained in open position by a shelf 8 pivoted to legs 1 by screws 7 and connected by pin and slot devices 9, 10 to legs 2 so that when the stand is folded the shelf lies in the plane of the tand. Cross-bars 4, 5 at the top of the stand support a detachable tray 11 provided on its under surface with folding legs 14 retained in extended position by a resilient bar 15 so that the tray can be used as a separate table.
