[Also in Group XXXI] A pennant standard 5 is moulded in a plastic material such as hard polyethylene and comprises a clip portion 1 having an opening defined by lateral faces 2 which are convexly curved to facilitate widening of the opening when the clip is mounted on a circular-section part such as a handle bar 9, Fig. 3. A small cap 7 simulating that normally provided on a flagstaff is formed on the end of the standard. The clip 1 of the standard may embrace a circularsection part carrying a sucker whereby the part may be attached to the bonnet of a motor car.
