Abstract

A closure assembly for a fluid storage vessel, the assembly includes a check valve (24) to facilitate pressure fluid dispensing and re-filling, and a bursting disc (48) located in an opening (46) in the side of a main body or housing part of the assembly. So that the pressure acting against the bursting disc (48) can never be greater than that within the pressure vessel, a bleed passage (54) leading to the bursting disc (48) communicates therewith from the inner end of the main body or housing part. <IMAGE>
