A handle for a rotary fertiliser or seed distributer comprises a tubular handle proper 1 hinged to the apparatus and shorter stay bars 5 hinged above this on a common axis. A connecting socket 4 slides on the outer end of the handle 1 as it is raised or lowered and can be clamped in the desired position by turning a screw 9 of one hand grip 7 in a hole 10 of the other to tighten lugs 8 of the socket 4 about the handle proper 1. The handle can be lowered to the horizontal position to be used as a draught bar. A single bar may replace the pair of bars 5.
