In a moving-coil transducer, the terminations 3 and 4 of the moving coil 2 and the periphery of the diaphragm 1 are embedded in a moulded insulating ring 7. The ring 7 carries terminals 5 and-6, to which the wires 3 and 4 are soldered, and spigots 8 for locating the diaphragm-andcoil assembly on the magnet unit.
