Abstract

The invention comprises a salt of piperazine and 2,4,5-trichlorophenol, and the preparation thereof by reacting piperazine with 2,4,5-trichlorophenol in preferably a non-reactive organic solvent. Suitable non-reactive solvents are neutral, non-hydrolytic solvents, such as hydrocarbons, halogenated hydrocarbons, ethers and esters.
