When in position the mouth a<SP>2</SP> is closed e.g. by an attached part b. The neck is closed e.g. by a neck piece c, c<SP>1</SP>, which can have been previously fitted. Alternatively, the covering may be operatively installed by sewing or slide fastener or other similar operation when folded upon the segment.
