A pulley block comprising pulley 14, side cheeks 11, 12 and spacer 13, has a suspension pin 20 which is rotatably mounted in spacer 13 and is formed with two depressions 27 engageable by screw 25 whereby the pulley can be fixed at two different angles relative to the said pin.
