Class 20(2) Roofs and walls of mine galleries are supported by rods on wire cables b connecting in zig zag manner the heads a of staggered rows of anchor bolts embedded in the adjacent rock strata. A row may be connected to the next row but one. The ends of the rods may be hooked to plates on the ends of the anchor bolts or flat section rods have holes through which the anchor bolt head passes.
