805,696. Inflatable shoots. ELLIOT EQUIPMENT Ltd., and G.Q. PARACHUTE CO. Ltd. Aug. 22, 1956 [Aug. 22, 1955], No. 24178/55. Classes 78 (1) and 78 (2). An inflatable shoot for escaping from an aircraft, ship or building 9 to the ground 50 has two inflatable side tubes 1 and 2 provided with a strip of material 6 therebetween down which the escaping person slides. The shoot may be enclosed in a container together with a cylinder of compressed gas such that when it is inflated the container is broken and the shoot is suspended from the aircraft down to the ground.
