791,798. Fencing. BURN, L. A. Oct. 19, 1956, No. 31834/56. Class 45. A metal post 1 for electric fencing has a tightly fitting sleeve 3 of insulating material, and a tightly fitting sleeve 4 of copper or conducting material engages the sleeve 3. The surface of the sleeve 4 may be serrated to afford a grip for wire attachment clamps. The wire may be looped and tied to the sleeve 4. In a modification the sleeves extend above the post and an insulating plug is fitted into the tubular extension so formed. Specification 772,059 [Group XXXII] is referred to.
