Abstract

785,718. Weighing apparatus. BRECKNELL; Ltd., C. W. Feb. 13, 1956 [Feb. 15, 1955], No. 4402/55. Class 143 In a weighing scale a flexible metal stay 3 is pivoted to the leg 1 and the scale frame 2 for self aligning movement in a horizontal plane. The ends of the stay are clamped between pairs of plates 5 by hollow rivets 6 through which extend the shanks 7b of screws 7 which secure the stay to the leg and frame and which are provided with spring washers 9. The middle section of the stay is clamped between plates 4 by rivets 10.
