Abstract

773,068. Baling-presses. POWELL, W. N., POWELL, A. F., and ANDERTON, H. Nov. 29, 1955, No. 34098/55. Addition to 748,176. Drawings to Specification. Class 94(1). A baling-press ram has supports extending through slots in the sides of the baling chamber as in the parent Specification but the supports co-operate with pairs of parallel guide members disposed on either side of the slots. The supports may be blocks, V-profiled or cylindrical rollers, the latter having flanges to engage the outer edges of the guide members and locate the ram transversely.
