A baby's napkin, comprises two triangular pieces 1, 2, Fig. 1, of absorbent, flexible sheet material with apex portions overlapping, the overlapping portions being marginally secured together to form a pocket affording accommodation for an absorbent pad. The overlapping portions are preferably stitched together along the edges 3, the edge 4 being left free as an entrance to the pocket for the insertion and removal of an absorbent pad.
